How do I gain explosiveness for my jumps?
Key is to generate 100% force from resting position. Here are some variations of explosive training I have posted in the past from the Olympic training center!
It’s important to have a resting position whether that’s in the air or on a starting block. If you’re not relaxed, only maximum 80% force can be generated.
