Today in #PublicSession three special presentations were made one to #legendary #sportsreporter #RalphCooper on his outstanding accomplishments in media and sports. Another to Booker T. Washington High School’s Basketball Team and there UIL Championship participation. Finally, in recognition of Houston Public Works Week for their hard work responding to the needs of this great city.
