Native plants are essential to #rewilding efforts around the globe. We are thrilled to share that Re:wild partner @haiti_national_trust has planted more than 8,000 native plants in Grand Bois National Park in September. And more than 46,000 since the beginning of the year! Now with three native plant nurseries within the park, Haiti National Trust can grow more endemic species than ever before. The newest nursery is capable of housing up to 70,000 seedlings at a time! We are proud to support the work of Haiti National Trust in protecting this Key Biodiversity Area. Grand Bois National Park is home to dozens of threatened species of plants, birds, reptiles, and mammals, and is one of the most important sites for amphibians in the world. #RewildTheCaribbean
