2023 should be the year of, doing what you say you’re going to do. This is something personally I am going to work on in the new year. I’ve had a lot of plans and too many “I don’t knows” before the plans fell through. We need to go into the new year in ATTACK MODE

3-5 rounds based on your fitness level
• Front rack pistol box squat (8-10 reps each)
• Explosive step ups (10 reps)
• Glute bridge chest press (10 reps)
