Honestly, I don’t wake up everyday motivated to workout
I’ve just always had this mindset of being my best at all times
My focus has been discipline & consistency
So those days I feel like hitting the snooze button & sinking my head deeper into that pillow
Discipline & consistency take over
Moral of the story: if you have goals set for yourself
Do what you say you’re going to do and the rest will fall into place
Take 30-45 min for yourself to attack this circuit
3-5 rounds based on your fitness level
• Thruster (10 reps)
• Burpee (30 sec)
• Leg lifts (20 reps)
