Consistency is the key team!
When I don’t have Nola, I try to cram in my appointments and get as much work done as possible
It leaves me feeling exhausted at times and feeling like there is no way to work on me
Instead, I block out a period of time for myself and allow myself to just have me time
Wether it’s training, cooking, meditation, therapy, etc.
Find time for yourself today to get after this 30-45 min circuit
3-5 rounds based on your fitness level
• Squat jumps (10 reps)
• Kneeling curl & press (10 reps each)
• Pull throughs (20 reps)
