We’re doing 12 days of FIT-MAS, dumbbell addition. I know busy parents have a hard time balancing work, family, and the holidays. I decided to give you 12 days of dumbbell only workouts, so you can fit fitness into your day.
3-5 rounds based on your day fitness level
• Clean to squat (10 reps)

• Push press (10 reps)
Benefits: improve upper body strength & power
• Lateral hops (30 sec)
