Here are 3 exercises you can add to your next workout to help build strong and explosive legs
• Box squat (8-10 reps)
- make sure the box isn’t too high or too low, apply as much force in the ground on the way up to use your full explosiveness
• Explosive step ups (10 reps)
-you want to make sure you are exploding as high as possible during each jump and spending a little amount of time on the ground
• Depth drop box jumps (6 total reps)
-push the limit when choosing a box to jump on here. Use that first drop step to explode up while spending little time on the ground
