New Orleans Bombesquad! Thank you to everyone who joined us at chefmelissaaraujo’s eatalmanola for our Sit With Us community dinner in partnership with opentable.⁠ ⁠ We kicked things off with two special welcome drinks: the Chef’s Old Fashioned, featuring oxbowrumdistillery rum, elguapobitters, orange, & homemade maraschino cherries, and a non-alcoholic spritz. ⁠ ⁠ Chef Melissa and her team served a delicious three-course meal featuring a beet salad with goat cheese, green apples & walnuts, pollo en crema con loroco, and for dessert, noal dulce, a sweet corn cake with pistachio gelato. After a fun evening of food and networking, everyone left with a copy of the latest Cherry Bombe Magazine and a special tote bag. ⁠ ⁠ A portion of the evening’s proceeds benefited takepawsrescue, a local organization helping animals in need.⁠ ⁠ Want to join our next Sit With Us dinner?
