ABSOLUTELY YES YES YES!!! . A common thing we always hear is "NO DAYS OFF".. Train even when you're sick, or when you havent slept. I promise all that will do is cause a down stem of so many additional health factors. . When it boils down to it, you are simply failing at the biggest piece of the whole process: ****RECOVERY**** . There are 3 main essential things we need to focus on: 1. Proper Nutrition 2. Adequate sleep 3. Proper hydration Clearly there are more factors involved. but these are the mainstream factors to focus on. . If you are one that is training 6-7 days per week (weight lifting) you have probably realized that you've hit a plateau & are no longer responding. . OVERTRAINING and under recovering puts your body in a state of CHRONIC INFLAMMATION, and guess what? Your body will never respond when it is under constant stress and inflammation. .
