Here is a tip for making life much easier when it comes to meal prep: . A lot of people don't like eating their vegetables, Let alone taking the time to prep them in a way they will eat them... But the reality is, getting your greens in is CRUCIAL! So with that being said, we need an easy way to cook them! . My preferred method is using a microwavable vegetable steamer! Simply chop up your veggies of choice, toss them in the container, drizzle a little water, put the top on & microwave them for 4-5 minutes dependent on the amount! . As your veggies are cooking, simply pull out your meats (already cooked and in the fridge), pull out your carbs (already cooked and in the fridge), weigh out your portions for meats and carbs, once that's done, your veggies will be cooked! Throw them in with your meats and carbs & you're set up for success the rest of the day! . You can find these steamers at Walmart, or on Amazon! . & of course, my pups get their greens in too 😜😜 . . . . . . . . . . ....
