A few days late with this post, but I’m only *just recovering* from what was prob the most intense and emotional match we’ve ever seen at Dietz Stadium. A packed house, a weather evacuation, two red cards for Stockade in the 2nd half, playing two men down for 30 mins, and a last second goal in extra time (!!) to tie it up 2-2 vs Brooklyn Italians to keep our playoffs hopes alive (and to keep our heads held infinitely high). I have never seen a team do what our squad did on Wednesday night. It was impossible (two men down, down one goal), and yet we did it anyway. Two games left for us this season — away vs. Boston (Sunday night) #and away vs Cosmos. We gotta win ‘em both (and we need Brooklyn to start losing some of their last 3 matches).
