Meet Luísa Franco Machado from #Brazil. Luísa is one of our 17 new #SDGYoungLeaders who have been recognized for their contributions to the achievement of the #GlobalGoals. luhfm is a digital rights activist and data justice researcher, working on data ethics and Internet governance. Breaking historical barriers at age 16, Luísa was the first openly queer person to be elected as the President of the Brazilian Youth Parliament. Every two years, unyouthenvoy brings together the Young Leaders for the Global Goals.
