Loaded Hummus Dip! 😍 The most delicious summer appetizer and so quick to whip up last minute! I could not stop snacking on this one!
Ingredients:
2 cups hummus
1 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup cucumber, diced
1/2 cup Kalamata olives, halved
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp pine nuts, toasted
1/2 lemon
Olive oil
Black pepper
Pita chips
1. Spread the hummus on a large serving platter, then spread on a layer of Greek yogurt.
2. Add the cucumber, olives, tomatoes, onion, feta, cilantro, and pine nuts on top.
3. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil, lemon juice, and black pepper. Serve chilled with pita chips on the side.
