Comment if you’re a nap taker 👇 I’m personally not the greatest napper— not because I never want to nap, but because I find it so difficult to sleep midday when there’s light still out.
It’s so important for athletes to get enough sleep, so napping in the middle of the day can most definitely improve performance, especially if you’re in a slump.
Usually I lay down during my break for a little bit but I can’t usually fall asleep. I’m excited to start incorporating mantasleep into my routine… their mask blacks EVERYTHING out and it’s super comfortable too.
