About 20 minutes prior to this photo I had gotten pulled over on the Blueridge parkway for going 10 over, once she realized I really was just trying to get out of her way I was let go, but what I remember most is when she asked where I was headed I told her to take photos of the two trees about 3 miles ahead. She looked at me strangely like she had never seen them, or maybe it was her wondering if I was crazy or not. I thought everyone knew about these trees. To me they’re like interwoven example of beauty. They’ve spent their entire life together giving shade to the cows that roam that field and having photographer after photographer take their picture. How could someone miss them but it reminds me of what I love about photography.
