Can everyone please stop with the talk about the RVH reference on this goal, please?! This has nothing to do with not utilizing RVH. It has to do with a bad stance and totally cheating for the pass. It has to do with reading the play and putting yourself in position to execute. Bob had solid defensive coverage here. He was much more patient early in the series. Proponents of the RVH will say if he used it here he would’ve made the save. However, if he was in an RVH, McDavid would not have shot there and would’ve put it high short side.
