Yesterday we unveiled 🇨🇦’s first Active Transportation Strategy. 🚴🏽‍♀️🏃🏼👨🏿‍🦽🚶🏻‍♀️🛹🛼🛴🛵 Powered by the $400m Active Transportation Fund, this will be transformative for communities across the country. As a city planner and a cyclist, this is a dream come true. One of the big reasons I got into politics was I saw the need for the federal government to make big investments like this to make our communities healthier, safer, more connected and sustainable. I am so excited to see what change this will bring.
