Last night, former Senator and NASA Administrator Bill Nelson was honored with the Excellence in Public Service (EIPS) Award at a reception in Washington, D.C. The EIPS Award is the college’s most prestigious celebration of public service, given to an individual who shares Senator Glenn’s broad and deep commitment to enhancing the common good. Administrator Nelson was honored for his enduring and principled leadership, and his career dedicated to making America a more inclusive, just society.
