Last night was our final time taking the field as the Portland Timbers U23 squad. Since 2017, we’ve been owned and operated by the Salem youth club, Capital Futbol Club. We’ve won the uslleaguetwo Northwest Division twice in four seasons, took the Western Conference Championship home in 2021, and have made it to the second round of the opencup twice. We’ve made history, watched players complete their #Path2Pro journey, and successfully brought pre-professional soccer back to our community. We’ve been beyond grateful for the Timbers name but are looking forward to stepping into the light with our own clubs true identity. Thank you for the memories, #TimbersArmy.
