The Banc of Calumet Restoration Project has been an incredible journey. Converting this 100-year-old commercial bank building into a residential high rise has come with many challenges and intricate detailing throughout each stage of the construction process. Taking over the building in its abandoned state, our team demoed the interior to the bones and transformed the historic building back to its glory.
