At halftime of today’s game, we will honor the 40th anniversary of the 1979-80 team - one of the greatest in UMBC history! That season, the Retrievers went 23-5 (82.1%) with 15 straight wins - a school record. This team featured future H.O.F. Rick Moreland and Reggie Nance, as well as legends Jeff Brooks and Chris Farrell.
