HUGE THANKS to valleyskateandsurf for helping turn my vision in to reality! I had an old pair of skates I was going to trash because the boot was falling apart but I couldn’t throw them away because those skates were the ones that got me in to skating and I had an odd emotional attachment to them (believe it or not, it’s VERY rare for me to be attached to physical objects). So I did some research and heard of people repurposing the plate of the skate. So I went out and bought these super cool red VANS and called valleyskateandsurf to see if they were able to put the plate on the shoe and they were like “sure, no problem!” I dropped the shoes and old skates off and two days later, these bad boys were ready!
