Never in a million years did I ever think I would become a “skater”. It always looked fun but my hectic schedule would never allow me the time to do an extracurricular activity like skate. The pandemic hits and I’m seeing all sorts of people on social media skating and it looked so fun, so I decided to buy my first pair of skates. Never did I imagine something would bring me so much joy. Not only does it help me maintain my chunky slim aka slim thick figure, but it helps me with deal with stress and anxiety. It’s safe to say, skating became a form of therapy for me. Five pairs of skates and a cool ass boom box later and I’m enjoying it and seeing progress. It is safe to say im now a Sk8r lol.
