Maybe it’s the sounds of nature that do the trick. Birds trilling in the sunlight 🦜. Leaves rustling in the wind 🍃. A million crickets chirping at dusk 🌇. These layers of natural sound have a profound effect on the human consciousness. Perhaps this is why many cultures have the tradition of taking a walk (preferably in nature) everyday.
