Do you see a difference in Clip 1 vs Clip 2?
Iโve spent the past year changing up my running form, with the biggest change being in my foot strike. I was having ankle pain at the time and was told it would help to do more of a mid foot strike rather than a heel strike.
But lately now Iโve been having hip pain, and I am being told to try going back to the heel strike.
Bottom line is that itโs great to consult with experts, and they can help, but ultimately go with your own style, and keep testing things out! ๐๐
