Ingredients 2 cups cooked quinoa 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped 1 red bell pepper, diced 1 cucumber, chopped 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 2 tablespoons olive oil Salt to taste .
