DID YOU KNOW? 💭
➡️ Most adults need on average around 3 liters of fluid a day. 1 liter from food and the other two from drinking.
➡️ Intake may vary on physical size, age, health, climate, or exercise intensity.
TIPS TO GET STARTED 🙌
📝 Drink .5-1 liter of water per hour of exercise and another .5-1 liter of water in the hour following.
📝 Best times to drink a glass of water: 1️⃣ Right after waking up 2️⃣ Before and during each meal 3️⃣ During and after working out 4️⃣ Before going to bed.
