The HOPES clinic began in 2011 from the act of EVMS students taking the initiative to serve the underserved population in the Hampton Roads community. As a student-run clinic, the success of HOPES is dependent upon each member passing on the torch and continuing to instill this spirit of service. Recently, top volunteers of the clinic were honored with Awards of Appreciation for their unparalleled dedication, generosity, compassion, and support.
