Because it’s PA Week, and PAs are committed to TEAM-based care, I wanted to recognize all of the other professions that make it possible for PAs and PA educators to care for patients and train the future healthcare workforce. There is no way I could be all-inclusive here, but I will try my best. Thank you to the custodians, the nurses and NPs, the physicians, the first responders, the techs, our families and friends, our teachers and mentors, our baristas (🙌🏻), our military, our legislators, and most importantly our patients that trust us with their care in their most uncertain moments.
