SOLD OUT! 🎟 An Izakaya style pop-up from our very own Kyle Ronquillo is happening this Sunday May 22nd at 6pm and we can’t wait to see you! 🤩 As a Filipino kid born from the south side of Sasebo in the Nagasaki Prefecture of Japan, Kyle “Lord Kiki” Ronquillo’s childhood is as unique and memorable as his cooking. He'll be featuring Japanese convenient store classics that he lovingly grew up with, think: Onigiri Sando, Oden soup and the Hoka Hoka Karaage bentos he walked outside the navy base gates in brisk winters to get his hands on. The fresh Sashimi Fish cakes and Tamagoyaki-on-a-stick(s) he ate as he maneuvered through the hustle and bustle of the fish market. 🍱 These are the memories that Kyle has lived through. These are the tastes that he holds close to his heart. “I’m a Filipino and Filipino food is what I do.
