This month’s Little Wildcats class will be about Pancit Molo! 🥟🥟🥟 Many people associate the word pancit with noodle dishes, but in this dish it refers to savory pork dumplings served in a light soup 🍲 The use of wonton wrappers comes from the from Molo district in Iloilo City, a place known for its history of Chinese migration to the Philippines 🌏 The dumplings are juicy, warming, and so comforting 💙 Ate Amelia and Ate Marizel can't wait to share them with you! 👩🏾‍🍳 Choose between an RSVP only or an RSVP + kit (available for local pick up only).
