Annatto / Achiote / Achuete ❣️ One of our favorite ingredients to work with. Its flavor is very mild, but unmistakeably earthy and a little bit floral 🌱 Most of the time, it's used in Filipino cuisine (and many others!) to give color to a dish 🍽💥🍛 We use annatto oil to brighten up our Adobong Pula.
