A pop-up that shares Peruvian flavors with local ingredients, always made with love. Alex Dorros launched Siembra with help from his mom and a childhood friend. With roots in Seattle and Colombia, Dorros was inspired by Peruvian cuisine in his travels and time spent living in South America. The Siembra team hopes to help bring joy into people’s lives and build community through celebrating South American food and culture.
