It hits different ♥️
At the U.S. Olympic swimming trials this week records have been shattered, dreams have been made and moments like this have been shared.
This was a particularly meaningful event for Caeleb, the seven-time Olympic gold medalist. He was a five-time gold medalist in Tokyo, but afterwards spent the next three years battling mental health issues. He withdrew in the middle of the 2022 world championships, and missed the 2023 worlds entirely.
Now having battled back and welcoming a son with his wife meghandressel, Caleb qualified for a relay spot in Paris. It was clear the achievement meant a great deal to their family.
