Yoga used to be so intimidating to me but when i started i realized it’s more than just a physical practice..it combines the mindful benefits of meditation with physical poses
It’s a great way to take care of my body and stretch but each time i challenge myself to go a little further and My biggest lesson is learning to use my breath to ground myself. Very useful in everyday life..
