Tip of the Day📝 Let’s talk Bicep Curl Partials with Coach gage_pate12 and Coach elevated.pressure 🗣️ To set up: Glue your elbows to the front of your ribcage, lock your shoulders down towards your hips, and push your elbows towards the floor⬇️ For one “full” rep: Raise the bar from your hips to 90° and back down, lower the bar from your shoulders to 90° and back up, and then finish with a full curl from hips to shoulders and back down⬇️ Will tomorrow’s workout, Red Diamond grow your biceps as big as our coaches?
