2019 Golden Gustie Awards!!! Gustavus Swimming & Diving came away with some awesome awards! The night celebrated all Gustie Student-Athletes for their accomplishments this year on the field (pool/court), in the classroom, and in the community. The Men’s Swimming & Diving Team was recognized as MIAC Team champions (as well as Volleyball, Men’s Soccer, Men’s Tennis, and Baseball) and all individual conference champions were recognized as well. Two BIG awards were taken home by swimmers. The Evelyn Young award is given to the senior student-athlete with the highest GPA. Congrats Haley Pesik!!! The male equivalent, The Hollingsworth Key, was taken home by Thomas Schumann! Way to go Schu! Also getting nominations for Male Athlete of the Year were Tanner Sonnek and Nolan Larson, and Maggie Webster for Female Athlete of the Year!
