Today was our annual SUPER SATURDAY!! All groups were in the water today. We had 23 team members accomplish 18,400 yards over two practices, capping it off with 100 x 100’s! The rest of the team lifted and did an abbreviated version of the 18.4 Super Saturday. Everyone dug deep and crushed it today! The second picture includes the past four seasons of super Saturdays!
