What an incredible 24 hours. Yesterday Gusties participated in the Hour of Power carletonswimdive and swam for those affected by cancer. Especially remembering team member Grace Goblirsch who passed away in 2014 from complications with leukemia. We swam to inspire on Friday. And on Saturday we hosted the Grace Goblirsch Invitational with Macalester, Morningside and Augsburg. Gusties came out victorious, but that didn’t matter. What really matters is swimming for those who are less fortunate to do so, those who are stricken with a horrible disease. If you’ve ever been affected by cancer or known someone in your life that has battled with it, the Gusties swam and dove for you this weekend!
