Yesterday, the @SouthernBlackGirls inaugural #JoyIsOurJourney Dream Bus Tour stopped in Houston! Nearly 300 girls, young women, and community groups attended Dream Village, where they participated in an array of activities such as cosmetic chemistry, painting, hair braiding and yoga as well as workshops on entrepreneurship, journaling, mental health wellbeing conversations and more. We were honored to have our founder @theestallion acknowledged for her work to empower Black women with the official Certificate of Congressional Recognition from Congresswoman @RepJacksonLee!
