Thank you 2022 🎇 Every year at this time, we look to the New Year for exciting new opportunities, events and progress. There are seemingly two types of people at this time of year: Those who make New Year’s resolutions and don’t who hate them. Regardless of where you stand, EVERYONE is excited for the new year, whether you’ve had a bad 2022 or a good one. There’s something magical about imagining all the opportunities a New Year can bring. Wayne Gretsky once said: “You miss every shot you don’t take”. I agree with that 100% but it is also true that you don’t make every shot you do take. When it comes to setting goals (or resolutions) we have to understand that we may fall short. Remember that process has no win or fail it is simply process and this is what builds confidence. I wish everyone a very happy New Year but mostly a Year full of challenges, learning and pride. My hope for you is that in December of 2023, you will feel more accomplished than ever before.
