Goal: OH Pulling power endurance Re-test
Specifically testing your Bar Muscle-ups endurance. Like Tuesday, donโt hold back on the bike.
- Use an aggressive turnover from rep 1. Itโs as much about speed at the right moment as it is about strength.
- Do NOT reach failure! Otherwise the remaining reps will be terrible.
- Use your rotational momentum to turn you over, do not pull through like the rings.
If you struggle with Bar Muscle ups
Perform Max reps in 10 minutes (NO FAILS)
OR
Perform Jumping bar muscle ups, 20-30 reps
