This workout is inspired by our motto 🤌🏼 #forthewilling 3 rounds for time 15 Thrusters 155/105 lbs 30 GHD Sit-ups 25' Front rack lunges 155/105 lbs 50' HS walk (25'/25') Goal: Endurance of core and overhead stability We are going to systematically fatigue the stability of your overhead position and your core strength, how will you respond? Let the legs burn on the Thrusters and use the quads as much as possible on the GHD sit-ups, get after it there. It’s the core we will need to be cautious of. So coaches pay attention to seeing the core stacked in straight lines throughout all movements. This maintenance of your core position (like in the front squats) will allow for better movement and more productive use of force through your extremities. The core will be dealing with force from all angles in all four movements today.
