Complete the pistols and hang cleans in a rhythmic fashion, not necessarily fast, rather than speed in a workout like this, you should feel a rhythm to a highly coordinated
movement.You should be attempting to go unbroken on the Ring mu, this is where your efforts are going to be better spent, unless you are a gymnastics athlete, then you’ll likely have to focus more on fighting for the barbell here.
In any case, there is no real big limiter in this workout other than the intensity itself, therefore you might be able to push a little harder than you might think.
Go out of the gates hard but with control.
