Congratulations, compared to the work you guys have put in this cycle, Nate is a deload, this is what we get for becoming fitter :) ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ Use quick transition and smooth reps for 20 mins, I think you should understand the theme of this week by now. We have had similar goals throughout the week, with active recovery, intensity, now we accumulate volume in this manner.
