mich_letendre 🗣 I am proud of these two guys. Proud of their effort and what they’ve accomplished. I’m proud of the people they are and how they competed. This year was different but their effort doesn’t change. In a time that has become easy to give up, they kept going and kept working towards their goals. I wish they could have celebrated that with their competitors, I wish they could have been around the breathtaking environment that is The Games. Instead, they proved their fitness in front of their family and friends. They celebrated, with their communities and their loved ones in their homes. When you think about it, it’s not a bad way to end off the year... These two guys deserve a good rest, some normalcy and a few brewskies or kombuchas, or whatever they like... Congratulations to all the athletes who gave it their all. You gave us all a reason to cheer in tough times. 🙌🏼 .
