We are working very hard to meet the needs of our athletes and you will notice that the “Regionals programming” is nom called “Competition” program. This changes nothing for your membership or the content in it, we are simply updating our categories to fit the CrossFit Games changes. The “Open program” will keep its name and will stay true to the Open Prep idea of preparing for online qualifiers. 🔥🔥🔥 Also, other programs are in the works and we are very excited to grow into a complete one stop shop for all your needs.
