This past week, Boys Volleyball went 3-0 to improve to 7-2 on the season! • After taking down Bellmore JFK in 3 sets last weekend, the boys would face off against Calhoun, the top seed in the second conference, in the Dig Pink game, which raised money for breast cancer research through the Sideout foundation. After losing the first set, the Vikings would win the next 3 consecutively to win the game! Zac Silfin had 16 kills, Christian Rafferty had 13 kills and 5 blocks, and Dylan Epstein had 47 assists. • This Friday, they took on Jericho and again won easily, sweeping the first 3 sets to finish off another undefeated week. This is a big week for the team; tomorrow, they travel to Long Beach for a revenge game after losing in the season opener.
