This past week, the Girl’s Lacrosse team went 0-2 in both of their matchups against Lynbrook and Oceanside. • On Tuesday, the girls lost to a very well rounded Lynbrook team by a score of 13-8. Freshman Sienna Fox (siennafox__ ) led the team with 3 goals and 2 assists, freshman Ella Kane (ellakanee ) scored once with 2 assists along with 8th grader Catherine Karman’s (catherinekarman ) 1 goal and 1 assist. Sophomore Espy Cassidy (espycass ), Natalie DeMeo (nataliedemeo_ ), and 8th grader Lily Capobianco (lily_capobianco ) all scored once. • On Thursday, the girls fell short to the Oceanside Sailors 10-9. Natalie DeMeo poured in 4 goals with 2 assists, Sienna Fox scored 3 times with 2 dimes, along Catherine Karman and Espy Cassidy finding the back of the net once.
